As a nonprofit, CVACL relies on your donations to provide a lifeline of vital services to seniors, adults with disabilities and their families. You may direct your gift to the program or location of your choice, or leave it undesignated to support areas with the greatest need. Gifts in memory or in honor of someone special are especially welcome.​

CVACL Endowment Fund

Through Great Lynchburg Community Foundation, a planned gift can be made to the CVACL Community Endowment Fund. This fund accrues interest income that will fund future needs of CVACL, Inc. CVACL can also accept gifts through your will or trust, gifts of stock, real estate, life insurance, or cash. For more information consult your attorney, accountant, or other tax adviser.

United Way Campaign

As a partner agency of United Way of Central Virginia, CVACL can be designated as a recipient of a donor’s pledge during their employer’s annual fall campaign for United Way.

In Kind Donations for our Emergency Response Services Program are also welcome! CVACL collects and delivers emergency supplies to isolated seniors. Please consider donating these much-needed supplies:

• facial tissue

• bottled water

• toilet tissue 

• hand sanitizer 

• paper towels

• acetaminophen

• Lysol/bleach wipes
